School Times

 Our school times are:

• 8.00am - 8.55am Rise & Shine breakfast club (Mon - Fri) by arrangement
• 8.50am - Children are greeted on the playground by teachers 
• 8.55am - All children are led into the school by the teachers 
• 9.00am - Lessons Commence
• 12.15pm -1.10 pm Lunch time
• 3.30pm - School finishes
• 3.30pm - 5.15pm Buzz Club afterschool care (Monday - Friday) by arrangement

All pupils will enter the school via the playground, where they will be met by the class teachers. 

The car park at East Wold will be open until 9am.

To make a reservation for our before or after school club please book a place by contacting JB Sports. 

We meet the statutory requirement to provide a compulsory school week of at least 32.5 hours.

Lunchtimes

Children may either purchase a hot meal or bring their own healthy packed lunch. Hot meals are provided by the Farm Kitchen. Children in Reception, Year 1 and 2 may choose to have a free hot meal  (UIFSM), which is funded by the government. This should also be ordred in advance.

Free school meals are available to pupils whose parents are in receipt of one or more of the following benefits:

• Universal Credit - your household income must be less than £7,400 a year (after tax and not including any benefits you get)
• Income Support
• Income-based Jobseeker's Allowance
• Income-related Employment and Support Allowance
• Support under Part VI of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999
• The guaranteed element of state Pension Credit
• Child Tax Credit (provided you're not also entitled to Working Tax Credit and have an annual gross income of no more £16,190)
• Working Tax Credit run-on - paid for four weeks after you stop qualifying for Working Tax Credi

Registering for free school meals could also raise an additional £1,345 for the school to fund valuable support like extra tuition, additional teaching staff, uniform, after school activities and educational trips and visits.

Packed lunches and water bottles should be brought in named containers. Fizzy drinks and sweets are not permitted.

All children should bring a plastic water bottle as these are used at lunch time. (All pupils new to the school will be issued a free water bottle and book bag when they start.)

Supervision at lunchtime and break time

Children are supervised at all times, and in the event of wet weather, children will be supervised in the classrooms.
We have children trained as Play Leaders who support with activities at playtime. Lots of play equipment is available for children to play with at break times. 

Departure from school

At the end of the school day, all classes will be dismissed onto the playground.
